1. Review your university’s information in your Word document(s) and your Winter, Spring and Summer Admission and Collaborative Programs sections, if applicable.
   • Please leave the track changes function turned on.
2. Submit your updated information to [email protected] by the applicable deadline.

Deadlines

CFC Task	Due
Review your Word documents and submit your edits	April 8
The Editor will send Proof 1 for online review	May 12
Review Proof 1 and submit your edits	May 22
The Editor will send Proof 2 for online review	June 9
Review Proof 2 and submit your final sign-off	June 23
