Overview

The name and email data collected on the OUInfo website is available for download through Tableau (via the OUAC Portal).

Getting Access to Tableau

If you do not already have access to the OUAC Portal, please have your University Security Gatekeeper submit a University Access to OUAC Applicant Data Request Form. Be sure they check off the OU Data Collection box on the form:

When completed, please sign, scan and email the form to OUAC Security.

Data Collection Trimester Reports

The OUAC and DC‑SC compile the Data Collection Trimester Reports 3 times per calendar year (spring, summer and winter) based on data collected via the OUInfo form. These reports also include registration data from OUEvents registration periods. The reports are available on the Data Collection Reports page.
