Background
The Ontario Universities’ Guidance Dialogues spring virtual event will be panel-presentation style, with breakout rooms.
Universities will participate in a moderated panel and host breakout sessions after the main presentation. Breakout rooms will be for drop-in Q & A.
We will have a companion website for the event (the “event website”) on Acadiate, where each university has a page (“showcase”).
Universities must provide details for their Acadiate showcase and breakout session before the event.
Instructions
- Submit all edits and details for your Acadiate showcase and breakout session using our Guidance Dialogues Spring 2026 – University Updates Survey.
- Submit your completed survey with your edits by March 13.
- We can provide some flexibility with this deadline. Email [email protected] if you need an extension.
- You will be able to see your edits in your English Acadiate showcase and/or French Acadiate showcase as soon as we have input them. (Password: OUAC2026!)
- We plan to open the registration website and access to Acadiate for counsellors March 23.
