How to Submit Documents for GO2 to the OUAC

The OUAC is responsible for posting recruitment resources (agendas, minutes, reports, etc.) on the GO2 website. University representatives should follow these guidelines and this process to submit documents to the OUAC.

Guidelines

  • Deadline: Submit files at least 2 weeks before the meeting – per the SCSR Terms of Reference – to allow time for meeting attendees to review.
  • Format: Send files as PDF documents.
  • Date: Include a date or “last-updated” date to help with version control.

Process

  1. Email the file to: events@ouac.on.ca.
  2. Include the following information to assist the OUAC:
    • Indicate where the file should be posted (e.g., meeting document for the SCSR/GCSR meetings, on the Regional Fairs’ page, etc.) and any additional information to assist the person posting it.
    • Advise if the document is to replace an existing document.
