Regional Fairs will occur throughout the province from September to October. Locations, dates and times can be found on the OUEvents website.

On Social Media
The quickest way to help promote OUEvents is to follow us on social media and share our posts as we lead up to each event.
- Follow us on social media:
- Consider creating 1 post per event on your university and/or recruitment social media accounts. Use our key messages to help you craft your social media copy or share our posts.
- You can also download our sample graphics (English, French and bilingual) and use our sample social media posts in English or French.
- Use the hashtags on your posts.

OUF Key Messages
- The OUF is one of the largest educational fairs in North America, and it’s free! Join us September 27 and 28, from 9:30 am to 5 pm, daily, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC).
- Speak one on one with university students, professors and representatives to get answers about programs, admission requirements, student life and much more.
- Attendees are strongly encouraged to sign up for the OUF in advance with the free OUEvents Pass. The OUEvents Pass allows you to instantly share your contact information with the universities you are interested in. (Supporters and guidance counsellors can sign up too!)
Virtual Information Sessions Key Messages
- The virtual Information Sessions are completely free and anyone may attend. Students, supporters and educators are welcome! Join us September 16, from 6 to 8 pm (ET), and November 10, from 5 to 7 pm (ET).
- Ontario universities will each offer four 30-minute sessions, where you can learn about the universities of your choice and ask questions. Learn more about programs, admission requirements, student life and much more.
- Attendees must sign up for the virtual Information Sessions to access the event website and live university sessions.
Regional Fairs Key Messages
- Regional Fairs are free, fair-style events that travel across Ontario in the fall.
- Speak one on one with university representatives to get answers about programs, admission requirements, student life and much more.
- Attendees are strongly encouraged to sign up for Regional Fairs in advance with the free OUEvents Pass. The OUEvents Pass allows you to instantly share your contact information with the universities you are interested in. (Supporters and guidance counsellors can sign up too!)
OUEvents Pass Key Messages
- The OUEvents Pass is a personalized QR code that allows you to instantly share your contact information with the universities you are interested in. Anyone, including supporters and guidance counsellors, can sign up for an OUEvents Pass and connect with the universities.
- The OUEvents Pass is used at the OUF and Regional Fairs. During the fairs, ask a university representative to scan your OUEvents Pass. The university will follow up with personalized information about their university. Tip: Save your OUEvents Pass as your lock screen on your phone for easy access.
- Sign up for an OUEvents Pass to:
- Learn more about your university options and sign up for events (like open houses, campus tours and the OUF).
- Connect with all the Ontario universities you are interested in, so the universities can send you personalized information.
- Receive advice about how to apply to and pay for university.
- Stay on top of important deadlines.
- Help universities improve their programs and services for current and future applicants.
