The GO2 website and the OUAC Portal are 2 different websites with 2 different logins.

Summary: The OUAC Portal is where you can go to view applicant data and generate reports, whereas the GO2 website is literally your “go to” website for all OUAC-related information and resources, other than applicant data and reports.

How to Get AccessWithout an account:

You can access general OUAC resources, schedules, documentation and technical resources.

With an account:

To access the additional areas that require an account and access approval, fill out the GO2 registration form.

OUAC Communications will review your registration form and determine if you are eligible for the access level you requested.

The OUAC Portal is password protected. You need a username and password to access the website.

To get access to the OUAC Portal:

Your university security gatekeeper must fill out a data access request form on your behalf and email it to OUAC Security.

OUAC Security will then create and send you your username and temporary password. Your temporary password is valid for 24 hours.

If you are logging in after the 24-hour period, you must email OUAC Security for assistance.

What if You Can’t Log In?If you know your username or the email on your account:

Click “Forgot Password?” under the login area to reset your password. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

If you do not know your username or email on your account:

Email OUAC Communications for assistance.

If you know your User ID:

Click “Forgot your password?” to reset your password. A temporary password will be emailed to you. This step will also work if your password is expired.

If you are locked out or experience other issues logging in:

Email OUAC Security for assistance.
